My cusion wants to know since she is going into highschool and i kinda for got so my question is the same thing as my title and if you do know how many times do you have to do it(years)?

Most high schools require two years of Physical Education. It is required unless a doctor excuses you from it.

I never participated in a sport and graduated at the top of my class. But, most schools do require you to take a certain number of semsters of gym classes, but thats not really a sport.
