can i take my cell, labtop, mp3 player with me on plane from Heathrow?

hey! i'm traveling to canada from Heathrow (LHR) and i wanna know if i can bring my cell, labtop and mp3 player with me on the plane?

Yes, but your cell phone may not be sued at all during flight but you can use your mp3 and your laptop above 10,000 ft or when the flight attendant says its ok, with captains orders.

Check with your airline, but I believe they're still not allowing carry on baggage.
