What a stupid question! I love being an atheist, its freedom baby. Gang bangers kill people, sell drugs and are generally just a bad element, religious types do the same types of things as do atheists. Make a valid argument, otherwise you are wasting my time.

How can you even compare like that, most atheists are decent and MORAL people. Gang bangers would be far worse.
Really, what is worse then us non religious people is someone who is prejudiced like you.
Maybe you should go be friends with the gang bangers, most of them probably believe in a god anyhow. You can all go do crimes and consider yourselves "saved" despite it.

That's an odd comparison...
I'm not a gang banger, but I am an atheist... does that make me a bad person? My beliefs are what they are... Just like a "gang banger" believes they need to be out on the streets doing what they do.... (yeah, i'm tryin to make this comparison work.. but i'm not doing very well... heh)

Gang bangers definitely...people like them are idiots and must be spanked mightily with cricket bats and preferably shot with machine guns!!!
Atheists (at least some of them) dont even hurt people...they just dont like to believe that there is God. Otherwise they try to get by in this world.
By the way I am a Christian...and frankly I consider this a really stupid question...well its your life buddy.

Neither are any worse than being Billy Graham or Pope Benedict or a cheating husband or a habitual drug user or the head of the American Red Cross or a U.S. Senator or the CEO of a Fortune 500 company or an auto worker - or me, for that matter. We're all in the same boat: we're sinners who require the grace of Christ. Those who differentiate between major and minor (mortal and venial) sins forget that EVERYONE has sinned and fallen short of the glory of God.

What the hell is your problem? Atheists just don't believe in gods. Most gangbangers are criminals, drug dealers, and some are murderers. How can you compare the two?
And to those who are picking atheists as being worse, does that mean that you are advocating or endorsing violence and murder just because the other group doesn't believe in any kind of god or goddess? Shame on you.

Depends on the person. I have met some very sweet and nice atheists. But I have to say I have never heard of a nice gangbanger so they get the prize as worst. And for the record I am a Christian.

Whats worse for you or whats worse for the ather person. Gang banger would suck for you because they would shoot you and I dont see a dam thing wrong w/ being an athiest.

I never heard of a gang making you choose. Although being an atheist in a gang might be dangerous because from what I have seen on Yahoo Answers, atheists spend more time talking about God than most ministers. That habit would probably result in sombody busting a cap in their axx just to shut them up.
