it was on killing of illegal immigrants... and i regret my answer. I deleted my response, but how can I reanswer the question?

You could have edited your answer rather than delete, but I guess that's too late.

Why don't you pose a question that addresses the original question/and your regretted answer?

If the question is still open to answers you can edit your answer, but I think that if you delete it you are out of luck. You may be able to email the questioner.

Or just post a new question(and give your re-thought answer) and direct it to him/her.
