I believe that that Christ said that literally, not figuratively.
So, to answer the question, no.
Even Peter, who walked with Jesus, didn't have that kind of faith. Well--he did for a few seconds, when he walked on the water to go meet Jesus. But when the waters kicked up, he lost faith and began sinking. His faith was strong for a very short while when things looked calm--but he immediately referred back to what he thought were the laws of nature when things looked stormy.
Though his eyes beheld Jesus walking on the water, this was insufficient "proof." More believable was the stormy sea.
So, in short, faith like that is a rare and difficult thing. What we perceive with our senses is so insistent--and we are so insistent to believe it--that our faith, however strong we think it is, is just so scanty.
But I do believe it is possible to literally move a mountain with faith the size of a mustard seed.
Jesus didn't say anything lightly, and he didn't make false promises.

I believe this. Its of course not meant to move literal mountains I don't think, its meant that if your faith is small as a mustard seed you can do anything if you have faith in God... This is so true !

Sometimes it's as tiny as a mustard seed, sometimes it's as big as the sky. Depends on the time of the month, lol!
But seriously, I've found that even if it's as tiny as the mustard seed, if I pray for God's will, things HAPPEN.

Almost anything is possible if you have faith. Do you know what faith is? "... faith is not to have a perfect knowledge of things; therefore if ye have faith ye hope for things which are not seen, which are true."
