Its been about 4 days since I had them pulled...and I have been brushing them just not too far back to avoid bumpin the stitches/where they cut... Is there a good technique to brush them-rinse them with wash, something that makes them all clean? I have been using salt water to rinse..

Uggh, I remember this process. Honestly, you just have to be careful until it all heals. Which sucks, because there is no way to brush in the back, where bad breath forms and stays. You really arent supposed to use Listerine, just warm water, which also adds to the bad part of it all. Best of luck, and just let it heal as best it can so it can heal as fast as it can.

Use warm water to brush back there. And use a soft brissle tooth brush. After week goes by...use an irrigation syringe to keep the holes clear of food. And the hole should be healing from the bottom up. Hopefully you have dissolving sutures. Keep brushing....:)

definitely keep up with the salt water...i have had friends who didn't salt water after every time they ate and they got dry sockets, which were very painful.

still try to brush your teeth too, to prevent bacteria and stuff from infecting the wounds where your wisdom teeth came out.
