from their site, but it doesn't work when I make calls--the other person can't hear me.

I did, and it works great for me, I love it ... especially since I don't have a telephone, and I use it to call friends and family on their telephones.

However, I experienced some difficulty with the voice in feature myself, so here are some suggestions ... I did get it working and its perfect now.

1) Make sure you Mic works (I thought mine did, turns out it didn;t... check it with other programs to make sure).

2) Make sure the mic cord is in the right slot .. probably is .. just always something to check if you have multiple slots to choose from.

3) Go into your sound settings in your OS (from control panel) and set the microphone/voice in volume to high, this is where my problem was once I was using a working mic.

4) Have the mic about 2 inches from your mouth if you have a soft voice, 4 inches if you talk loudly. Adjust as needed, using the "test call" feature on skype.

5) Make sure the person you are talking to has the sound on for their earphones/speakers.

I know some of those are "doh" but I find that we often neglect the little things. Probably #3 and4 above will help you most.

It works perfectly....Did you activate your microphone ? The problem should come from that.
