I think they are beautiful,especially the white ones.or the eastern screech owl or any of them!

I love owls. I actually collect owl sculptures and I take pictures of a small screech owl and a huge (I think male) Great Horned Owl that live near a friend's house. I'll sit out there at night and just listen to them hoot and call. I have some gorgeous pictures of these beautiful birds to show for it. The quietest predator in the world in my opinion. I'm right there with you as far as loving these gorgeous birds.

Owls are amazing. I collect pictures of them and little statues of them if they are cool enough. I believe they are spirit messengers as well.
This one time my (now ex) boyfriend was pressuring me to drive my car to the shop. I knew it wouldn't make it but he said it would. I didn't have a lot of confidence so I went ahead and drove. While I was trying to leave the street, and owl dove over my car and almost touched the windshield! I stopped the car and sat and watched for it to come back. It didn't, but the engine got very very very very hot. This was right before I was going to pull on to a stretch of road where I would not have been able to pull over. I think it might have exploded if I had driven on. But I didn't. And as black smoke started to billow, I turned off the car and got out. It never started again. We had to get it towed away.
So.. thats my owl story.

I adore them. When I was in the UP of Michigan camping by myself (and my three dogs), I was sitting outside the cabin just after sunset. I had been reading so was very relaxed and hadn't moved for a while.
This very large (snowy) owl flew in and landed a mere 5 feet from met on a post. He didn't know I was there because I had been so still. I sat perfectly quiet. He turned his head in both directions to get his bearings and then took off again. It was awesome.

I think they are amazing animals! One time I had a little screech owl hit my car, so I took him home, and nursed him back to health, unbenounced to me, I didn't know it was against the law to have one in possession, so I had to let him go. I sure wish I could of kept it!! At least I was able to help it recover, then got to set it free!! I enjoyed the time I got to spend with it...

i love owls they are beautiful to see i love their big round eyes they look cute!! i especially like the white ones with the heart shaped face, man that is cool!

i LOVE owls, my favorite is get a great horned owl or any owl you wish, defeather, decapitate and take off scaley part of legs, cut all the way in half at the breast plate like a rotissery chicken, dont even marinate just grill innards side down first and turn. mmmmmmmm good
