it isn't a sentence. probably you used babelfish or something?

anyway....

"vive bene" means that he/she lives in a good way may be 'cause he/she's rich or because he/she enjoy well it's own life.

"spesso l'amore" means literally "often love" so the sentence lacks of a starting and an ending.

"di risata molto" is composed by italian words but in a wrong or nonsense way. "di" in english can be used as "of" primary but also as "some, any, from, in, by, during, about, than" depending on the contest. "risata" means a laugh, and "molto" means "a lot" or "much".

if you means what other people said, the correct translation is "vivi bene, ama molto, ridi spesso"
