3kg is enough......do 15 tricept kickbacks with 1 arm, then pass the weight to the other arm and do the same again....do 2 sets of 15,then on your 3rd set do as many as you can manage...soon tone up...good luck.

The routine that I found got me rippedf the fastest involved the following, which I picked up in China.

First of all, throw healthy eating out of the window for a couple of months. Eat only meat, eggs, apples and maybe fruits such as avocado which are high in protein. Now on this diet attempt the following exercise routine.

Go to the gym once every two or three days (every day is best) and start off using fairly heavy weights. Throughout your routine, make the weights heavier and heavier and don't forget to use the negative energy (i.e. if you are lifting weights, strain on the way up and way down).

Do this 'til you can do nothing more. Do not drink any water during this time and wait until about half an hour after your workout before drinking. This will maximise the lactic acid in your muscles and providing you are eating enough you will get ripped in no time!

It will hurt a lot for the first week, but stick with it. If it still hurts after that, take it a bit easier. You must sleep a lot for recovery.

Hope it works out for you!

i'm not a doctor.. now that i've disclosed that little bit.. 1st don't listen to brendenconnel or what's his face the only thing he was right about is the high protein if you want to gain muscle even so if your metabolism is very high it will be hard to gain weight anyway. and do drink alot of water and green tea if you so desire both are great at ridding the body of anti-oxidants which are bad for your body also known as free radicals, plenty of water also helps maintain a healthy ph balance. as for the weights lift what ever is comfortable for you do as many reps as you can do comortably while retaining a good form lifting with bad form buts uneccesary stress on the body esp. the back depending on the work out. and always stretch well. move your joints do some jumping jacks even do about 10 reps of whatever work out you'll be performing before stretching warm muscles stretch better and also well stretched muscles not only have less chance of injury but can perform better esp. more reps.and keep the muscles loose by stretching after a work out and on your off days it's best to lift every other day cuz your muscles won't grow if you lift everyday they need recovery and raise the weight slowly.... ( for toning you shouldn't worry about weight increase)

Try a weight which allows you to do three sets the first set being 10 reps the second 8 and the third 6 and when this becomes to easy increase the weight do not try to much or beat your self about it but you must persevere and you will have triceps to marvel at

Go to a gym and ask a professional trainer. Look for a gym that does a trial membership if you don't want a long term commitment or can't afford a full membership
