Some more details would have given a clear thought as to what you are after. It is felt that how a technology teams cooperativeness can be improved or maintain cooperativeness in a technology team. Assuming the above, the following points are given:
1. Group dynamics can be applied whether it is a technology or commercial team. In a group people tend to get isolated and to bring them and glue as a team is the responsibility of the team leader.
2. Motivation theories have to be applied finding out the odd man out,. the chistler who works against the interest of the team.
3. Clearly demarcated authority and responsibility and transparency in working further helps in close-knit team.
