I have been asked to create an on-line video cooking show for a friend of mine. I don't know where to start. What types of things would people want to see on line? Recipes, cooking tips and tricks, reviews of products/services/restaurants? Any help and advice would be greatly appreciated!

Watch Good Eats on the Food Network. He's funny, educational, and his recipes are easy to make. I think personality has to do with a winning cooking show, if you've got someone in mind that is generally a crowd pleaser (not a comedian) you will be successful.

Good luck in your ventures.

I think everything you names would be excellent and would complete any cooking show, but the best thing would be to have it interactive/where we can ask questions or the ability to access shows at all times
