Oh my lord, honey! That's got OSHA violations all over it. I'm sorry you're going through this. Go to his boss immediately, and if that doesn't work, report this abuse to Human Resources. While doing this, find another job. You don't need this kind of disrespect at all! Also, contact your local labor board and OSHA. Document everything as well. That will give you plenty of leverage if you decide to pursue legal action.

Wow, that's not rude, it's abusive. Does your boss have a boss? If so, you should talk to that person, if not, then you should talk to your state's labor board. I know that it's uncomfortable, but I think that anyone who would do these kinds of things will probably do worse. It might also help you to know that every state has laws against retalliation and if you speak up and your boss retaliates against you for it, you have a great case to sue the pants off your company. I hope it all works out.

get a digicam and take a pic of it next time .... is this a communal mailbox area that is just trashed in general? if so why are you taking it personally? just ask him in front of a few other people " hey, why dont we clean this crap up?" if hes just picking on you then take the pic then put all that stuff in his mailbox without saying a word then walk away. he probably likes you if thats the case.... i wouldnt over react unless it goes further it may just be office humor u think? people are stupid sometimes just try the straight forward approach first and tell him to cut it out if he wants you to do the job.

What usa is this toddler care middle placed in? the style you write "centre", i anticipate that it rather is in super Britain. Now, approximately your boss, chef, director or head-honcho, this individual isn't a specialist. This individual is a noisy mouth, crude individual who does not know a thank you to set a sturdy occasion for the workers to stick to. what style of service is this middle rather offering with one in each and every of those supervisor in cost? i may be nervous in bringing my little ones to a place like this the place the administrative is treating his/her workers that badly. Do you easily need to stay at that distinctive artwork place? i does not choose to adventure this consistent detrimental medical care. possibly you could ask the advice of an criminal expert if the administrative is speaking badly approximately you.

You should tellk him about this and if he still won't do anything go over his head to his boss. He is creating a dangerous working condition and OSHA may fine the hell out of them.

Start looking for a new job right away. In the meantime, contact your HR department and tell them what is going on!

Sad, but he is still your boss. Depending on if he's approachable, try talking to him and letting him know how you felt about it and propose ways for your mail drops. He might not realized what he is doing, especially if he's the untidy/unorganized sort (and what he did was perfectly normal to him!).

That is called harassment dear...report him to your company heads or to the police. What he is doing is illegal and you deserve better treatment.

"Tell him, tell him, tell him, tell him right now." — that song.
Serious, though. If he is that offensive, let him know, then look for a better position. Life is too short to be abused.
