England? You must be kidding. English people have serious road rage issues. They would run over a handicapped person to get to Happy Hour on time.
I would say Ghanaians. They would give you the shirt off their back if you told them you like it.

I'm from the USA but have lived in Germany and have visited Switzerland, Austria, Italy, Hungary and Serbia. I would say from these that Hungary had the friendliest.

I don't know why people always say Canadians are the friendliest people. I have lived here my whole life and can say thats not the truth. I would say Australia.

My husband says that Europeans are the friendliest. Do you remember the movie "national lampoon's european vacation"? LOL that movie is one of our favorites, it's so funny...Clark (chevy chase) hits that guy on the bike and the guy is like "oh i'm fine" and he's bleeding like crazy and limping...lol :)
