Take two 11 oz cans of Cream of Coconut and blend with one large can of Dole's Pineapple Juice. Put in container and store in fridge. It's good for about a week. When you want to make a pina colada, just shake up the liquid mixture (seperation will occur), add equal parts ice and mix into a blender and blend it. Serve with whipped cream, cherries, crushed pineapple, fresh coconut or any combination of those.

Well this is how I make it: I particularly like the coconut taste.
Ingredients:
8 oz. Pineapple/Orange juice
8 oz. Coconut cream
3 cups of ice

Preparation:
In a blender, grind ice while gradually adding the pineapple/orange,(I buy the pineapple/orange already combined) and coconut cream. Alternatively, use shaved ice. Serve in a tall glass with a straw. May garnish with a cherry and sliced pineapple if desired.
