First of all what is this "I need to call this girl"
Second of all if you call her without her know who you are she's going to tag you as a stalker or some sort of psycho.
Third of all, why can't you meet her in person? Are you the elephant man or something.

Just call her, tell her who you are, where you know her from and that you think she's pretty cool and you'd like to date her sometime. Chat with her about whatever, ask her where she works, is she having a good summer, stuff like that. Just be sure that you make it known that you are interested in her romantically or you could enter the "Friend Zone". and that would suck. Good Luck!!!!!

What makes you think you HAVE to call her? If she hasn't met you before, it's gonna be awkward for her because she's getting a call from some random guy.
