Start with what you know and as you stated you repent. Understand that repentence means you must receive salvation. Salvation is free and requires that you believe that God sent his only son Jesus into the world to die for you. You then repent. God says, if you confess your sin he is faithful and just and will forgive your sin and cleanse you from all unrighteousness. This is the first step to becoming God fearing and loving. Read the bible. It is God's instructions on how to live and is the key to renewing your mind. It says, "If any man be in Christ he is a new creature, old things (negative thoughts and behaviors, etc.) are passed away, behold all things are become new." You can be new in Jesus. Take the first step, pray and ask God to lead you to a good church, read the bible everyday and be for real about it. God bless you!
I am a Christian and I have been delivered from doing some really bad things and thinking really bad thoughts. So, I know it can happen for you.

So much for CoC only. Lots of bad advice tonight.
I've been going to a CoC for about 10 yrs. Email if you like.
I don't know what your sins are but do not just ignore this. It may help to find someone to help hold you accountable. Sin has power when it is hidden. If you find someone to help you, it is out in the open. It is likely that some of the guilt that you are feeling is from sins of the past. Let the light shine on it. Chances are that someone else has committed the same sin before. We tend to think that we are so bad God has never seen anyone as bad as me. Or other people think the opposite. You sound like the first type, so am I. Find someone that you can trust and talk about it with them.

I am a Christian with a living faith in Christ Jesus as my savior and redeemer - when you sin, your convicted and you must confess, they are then cast as far as the east is from the west and into the depths of the sea according to scripture - but, we have a tendency to forget one little part of our salvation - repentance - that means to turn away from - so you must ask the Lord at this point to help you turn away from what he has forgiven you from - flee from temptation, rebuke the temptation, he will always provide you a way out of the temptation if you ask Him. The more you read and study his word and rely on him for the repenting, the more you will find yourself truly trusting and believing that he is a God of his Word and you will see the transformation in your own life as you become more God-fearing, loving, compassionate, caring, and the other attributes that God can bestow upon you as you truly repent - turn away from - the very temptations that are staying within your reach and you are falling for - it won't be easy and you may find you need an accountability prayer partner or confidant - but with Christ it is more than possible and you're already 3/4ths of the way there - you want too. Lord, bless this one as they begin learning how to repent from the temptations that plague them and each time avow themself to you. We've all been down this road in our spiritual growth and you've helped all of us overcome and we each face it at various times when we least expect it, but you keep guiding us. Thank you for hearing our pleas, Lord. Amen.

If you do things that are terribly wrong and you can't repent it would seem that either you have a demonic stronghold in your life or that you have never received the Holy Spirit who gives us power to live a godly life.
How long have you been a Christian? If it hasn't been that long maybe you are like a little child that is having trouble walking and it will just take some time. If you have access to Christian counseling then you should consider getting into it. I'm a counselor at the church I attend and in addition to counseling we have support groups for people who struggle with things like sexual addiction, substance abuse, having been abused as a child, etc.
That's about all I can tell you from reading just a few sentences about what's going on in your life.

Never be revealed? They have been already hun. If you realize this or not.
Being Christ’s Church in a Deceitful Society
Romans 16:17-18
As has been true of every age, erroneous thinking is prevalent today. For the church to be able to withstand the bombardment of false teaching, we must have:
Strong Convictions. Teachers of incorrect doctrine can be very persuasive as they lead unsuspecting listeners into wrong thinking, confusion, and discouragement. In contrast, true doctrine strengthens and encourages. For example, since salvation is by faith in Christ alone, works are an expression of faith, not a requirement for heaven (Ephesians 2:8-10); there is no condemnation for those who belong to Jesus, because the penalty for our sins—past, present, and future — has been paid (Romans 8:1; Colossians 1:14 NLT); and our adoption into the heavenly Father’s family is permanent (Ephesians 1:5).
A deepening relationship with Jesus. To hold firm to the truth of the Gospel,we must be settled in our understanding of who Christ is. Though some claim Jesus was a good person or perhaps even a prophet, we know He is fully God, who existed before Creation and came to earth to rescue mankind. Others will argue that Jesus is not the only way to the Father. But they fail to understand that reconciliation with God requires that sin’s penalty be paid in full by one who is sinless. Only Jesus, the perfect Son of Man, could meet God’s requirement. That is why Jesus called Himself the “door” through which we enter God’s family (John 10:9).
A clear understanding of Scripture will enable us to distinguish truth from error. How firmly grounded are you and your church family in the Bible’s key doctrines?

Lutheran
I would ask you to review this idea/concept - it is not just a "Lutheran" thought
We are at the same time sinner and Saint (a believer)
As such we are citizens of two Kingdoms, Gods and this current world system/order.
In this current world system/order we are slaves to sin - the more I fight to do right, the more I find I do wrong (loosly paraphrasing Paul).
As citizens of Gods Kingdom we grow, we learn, we build, we submit
As citizens of the current world our body seems driven to retard growth, to ignore, to tear down, to rebell
The real question is are you a citizen of both Kingdoms?
If yes then it becomes easier to review / investigate this idea / question / concept - how is your relationship with Jesus doing, right now - not yesterday, not 2 hours ago, not tonight after dinner, but right now.
If you are a citizen of both Kingdoms realize and accept you are part way home yet still stuck in the wilderness and the wilderness does not want to let you go
Yet homeward bound we feel drawn, even when we tumble, stumble, fall down smacking our face on the pavement.
Give it some thought, we all have doubts and disappointments with how we are doing as we come to terms with the fact we are at the same time sinner and Saint.

I am a Lutheran. First and foremost stop doing the bad things of which you speak. Go and sin no more as is written. If you belong to a church, go and confess your sins to your pastor and ask for absolution.
Or go to a quiet place and sincerely pray for forgiveness and mean it. It is not right to be forgiven then go out and do it again. We all have bad thoughts and feelings at times. Go to church, go to Bible study, and always pray. Don't get discouraged make changes in your life slowly.
Sometimes people get very excited about religion and after a few weeks or months will turn away again. Sometimes that is because suddenly they don't recognize themselves and it scares them and they go back to the old ways. Be sincere and take it slow.

Unless you are confident that you cannot be influenced by bad company, there is no problem to be around those kinds. There is nothing wrong with giving out your smile to everyone you meet along the way.
If you believe that your "bad' secrets are caused by influences around you, then you just try your best to ease out of the group. Ask forgiveness for your sins and make resolutions not to do it anymore. Inspire yourself daily with good thoughts and noble ideas. (actually I just said it a while ago to one asker wanting to know what is hell). I will not ask you to live as a God Fearing person instead try to be a GOD Loving one. You are human and making mistakes is one quality every one have. Good thoughts begets good feelings make effrot to reverse your fears.

C-o-C.
Notice, where the Bible says to avoid something, almost always in the immediate context it tells you what to do instead.
Examples:
"Resist the devil (James 4:7)...draw nigh unto God" (verse 8).
Works of the flesh (Gal 5:19-21)... Fruit of the spirit (vs. 22-23).
Whatever is in your life that is wrong, you will fail if you try to avoid it without filling your life with good things in its place. Example: It's hard to think bad thoughts about someone while you are praying for him.
Get more active in the work of the Lord, in praying, in Bible study, in helping people. Find someone you can encourage! Ask for ways to get involved! Volenteer!
There is not enough room in your life for both good and evil. Fill your life with good! "No man can serve two masters!" (Matthew 6:24)

I'm a nondenominational Christian.
Flee tempation (avoid situations, people, events, things that might tempt you).
Memorize 1 Corinthians 10:13, and 1 John 1:9 and remind yourself of them daily. Recite them from memory.
Memorize Psalm 1 and recite it whenever you are tempted.
Pray for strength to avoid or fight off the temptation.
Get into an accountability group or get an accountability partner (a mature Christian) who can hold you accountable, and help you to break free of the cycle of sin.
Cordially,
John
