How do you gently inform that these requests burden and interfere with the financial and family affairs, without hurting.

Say that you want to help and you will help but not right now... it will have to be (when it's more convenient for you and your family)

Tell them it's getting expensive to send stuff but if they really want it they can send you some money to pay for it.

tell him;

"oh yeah sure, can you wait till next week when i'll get my paycheck?"

or

"sure, I need to pay my credit card statements but I will send it to you with any extra money I've got"

they will GET IT! if they pretend they don't then say it directly for they also don't care about their feelings if they pretend to ignore this situation.

tell your sibling that you have it hard making money and that not everything in life he/she may ask for they'll recieve. he/she'll understand.ok
