Why is the sky blue? Why is sugar sweet? Why do I love cats?
Some questions, though technically can be answered, are redundant. I love cats because cats are lovable.

Because they are independent, but still need love and attention.
They dont need to go on walks, though love being let out in the yard for a little while.
They are cuddly and one of my cats will even lick my tears away when I cry.
Two words: Litter box!
Nothing can be more comforting and soothing than the purr of a cat.
When I had surgery my cats never left my side, but understood that they couldnt lay on me because of my incisions.
The "I meant to do that" look they get on their face when they do something none to graceful.
They all have their own personality and can be so funny at times.
They dont slober on everything or chew things up.
They are wonderful animals and can be so human sometimes, that it is scary.

i love cats cuz they're so cute and cuddly. i love it when they rub themselves against ur leg n purr. when they purr, it sounds so cute. i love my cats but i also like dogs 2. i'm more of a cat person than a dog lover. plus cats r better 2 take care of than dogs. u can just clean their litter box n with a dog, u have 2 take em outside 2 the potty and pick up their smelly poop. more power 2 the cats!

Cats are curious in nature, they just want you to think they are independent, but I don't believe that, they want and need that Human contact just as we do.
Felines are sensitive to human emotion, they sense when you are sad, and are always right there to comfort your need.
They depend on the greeting as you walk in the door, and expect the (I'll be right back) when you walk out the door.
The gentleness of a soft purr in your ear in the morning, and the comforting pat against your chest to let you know they know they are loved.
Gentle kisses on the nose, and the little Love Bites to get their point across..........
.................it is truly a Love Affair.....with your furry little feline....now if we can only get the HUMAN Man to behave the same way.....we have a perfect world.

My beautiful cat is so loyal. She is sweet and loving. She is also independent and strong willed (Makes me love her all the more) Cats are great pets. They are clean and do not smell (as long as you keep the litter box clean) Cats are intelligent and fun. Dogs are great too...but they require a lot more energy and attention.

Cats are the most intelligent creatures on this earth! I'm proud to say that my cats are smarter than me, because they are! I've never been without several cats and never want to be without them.

i love cats because they keep me company. (and just to clear it up, despite my avatar picture i am a girl) my cat Anna is pretty much my best friend. she's always there for me when I'm upset and when my friends can't talk with me. whenever I'm upset she seems to know and just meows and meows 'till i pet her. if i don't pet her even after that she'll sometimes lick my face which always cheers me up and makes me feel that i can survive in this world of snotty girls, teachers and parents (the hardest things to deal with) that's why i love my cat.

I love cats because they are quieter than dogs and much easier to care for. They are so much fun to watch when they play with bottle caps or climb up the kitty condo.

I used to HATE cats. Then I got one (because I wasnt allowed dogs) and now Im obsessed....at least with my cat!
