I've seen one at the duck pond where I used to play soccer. It did swim in circles mostly, but it was still able to swim straight, it was just an extra effort.

i just tried it with a goose in my backyard, i was going to eat it anyways so i figured i'd contribute to science, experiment failure it just sat there and whined, what a loser....but he was on land so results inconclusive
