I would say it varies... Some guys don't but they are very few in our population in this day in age... Now-a-days it seems almost impossible to find a decent gentleman with good intentions and who is not shallow. But do not lose hope! Some still remain we just have to open our hearts, eyes, and minds for they may be right under our noses and we may not even know it! And look in the right places which may be hard at times but keep your spirits high... Good luck!

No guy has a completly one track mind all the time, when it comes to a relationship that may be all there looking for at first but if your a good woman and there type then that will change and the longer you can hold out and get a guy to stay with you through it then they are most likely starting to have feelings for you

Sometimes, for me. I guess, yeah. Your legs are in the way, that's why it could cause some kind of a one of a track mind. I suppose that's why the world cynical seems to fit in this criteria for guys.

ABSOLUTELY!!!!!
I have been married for 26 years and I'm still convinced that SEX is always on my husband's mind. Not that I mind too much. I mean he's aged really well and ... well he's HOT! In some ways I think he's better than when we got married. I mean he's more mature, he's gotten more sensitive, he's aged so gracefully that I have to say he's probably better looking now than when we first married (still fit too!) So I'm kind of glad that he's always got sex on his mind!

GUYS!!!!!!!
Think with the big head
I know it's difficult
but it is possible.
(and if you really can't, then put a helmet on that little soldier)
Ok, now if you are thinking about reporting me for this, I am telling the male population to process information with their minds, rather than their hormones. I am also suggesting the use of condoms due to the health risks, which include AIDS, syphyllis, etc.

Just because guys think about sex all the time, doesn't mean that there aren't plenty of them that still respect women.
They can think about sex, as long as they don't act on every thought (which would be impossible) and tell you any of it - you're good. Sometimes, ignorance is bliss. Just don't think about him thinking about it!

Looks like you've distracted most of these guys above with your legs. that explains the spastic answers.
Nah, not all guys are like that.
