I would not aim at becoming skinny but healthy and fit .Try this simple plan it really worked for me so here goes,

There is no such thing as easy! Try this: Exercise 3 times a week, any exercise so long you exercise for 5-25 minutes, 3 times a week. Eat proper nutrition and diet by limiting your self to those tasty and yummy foods and try eating those yucky ones! But most importantly, you got to have determination! You’ll be proud of what you accomplish because you know you deserve it.

just eat a light Breakfast, no lunch exept an apple, and a light dinnerdo u have a treadmill? if u do, do it for about 40 min. per day. if you want to loose the stomache, u can do sit-ups. u can also jumprope, because jumping make y loose the calories the fastest.do that for 2 -3weeks

eat healthy, get plenty of protein, exercise regularly. you might not get stick skinny but you'll look good, and you'll have more lean muscle and you'll feel great
whatever you do, DON'T GO ANOREXIC!!! Your body thinks that you don't have access to food, and then it lowers your metabolism and works to conserve fat, not burn it. Plus you feel horrible and gain the weight back later anyway.
