Once the Lord comes back - they will continue to be stupid (to use your choice of wording) because then it will be to late to make a choice. But you're going about this all wrong - you are negative, you are hostile - is this the same Christ that walked the earth's ways? I don't think so - he would have us speak to the souls of people - with compassion and concern - not brow beating - this is exactly why so many heatherns and infidels say "Will you Christians hurry up and go to heaven or hell and leave the rest of us alone?" What kind of example are you setting? Why would anyone want to follow your example as being that of a Christian? I am a follower of Jesus Christ - I am a Christian and thankfully of none of the non-sense (your words again) but my plea is that people would realize that the ever longing need they feel that is always trying to be fulfilled by money, tv, novels, toys, etc., is an empty soul and an empty soul can only be filled as they come to know Christ -and that's an act of love - it's not about yelling and shouting and getting all bent out of shape - it's about humility and a willingness to see that there is a need in their life and there really is an emptiness - and once that realization is acknowledged the Holy Spirit can convict them of the truth of Christ - but I'm afraid you're sending more souls to hell by your ways and means than you are reaching people to offer a guiding hand to the ways of Christ. Am I judging you or your methods? Not at all, I'm speaking from my heart and soul, as I know that you are desiring people come to the Lord - but a little sugar is going to go a lot further than your vinegar.

Hmm. well, to break down your statements/questions....
1. If I am to "listen" to the "lord", then I would need hear him talk. I don't hear anyone talking except myself (when alone of course)
2. How do you know that he actually loves me? Did he tell you this himself? Sacrifice? It was his choice. No one forced him to die for anyone's sin. Besides. Sin is just a word. It really has no value to me.
3. I don't deny his existance. In fact, I'm pretty sure some dude named Jesus (or the hebrew equivilant) did exist that suckered people into believing some rip off story. When it comes to deities, I have no belief whatsoever, so I "don't believe in some other crap".
4. Not likely to happen. I don't forsee the "lord" ever coming back. Dead is dead. There's no coming back.
5. There is nothing more stupid than believing in something simply because billions of other do too. That doesn't make something true nor fact. There is no independant thought involved when "god" is drilled into your brain beginning at a very young age. You lose all individuality all for the sake of something you simply have "faith" in. No. There is nothing more stupid than that.
I am a proud infidel. I enjoy my life. Being threatened with hell won't convert me. I'm not that dumb.

No one jokes about Jesus' sacrifice, or the religion. It is respected around the world. However, the same could be said for you. You deny the existence of Muhammad, of Allah, of a higher power, of Buddha and believe in as you put it "some other crap." I think it is funny that you are pointing the finger at everyone but yourself. As far as I can tell you are the one that is ugly on the inside because you are forcing yourself on others. What a sad and ugly way to live, I hope one day that your caca brown insides come clean.

You are judging people, which is wrong to do. You are stating religious factions. And the Jew commit (I am not a Jew) was rude for they are the original people of god. The first and the chosen. Jesus said he was not there to replace or change the words of the Old Testament, but to teach a better understanding and to fulfill the Old Testament, without the words of the old. The new would not be known to come to be fulfilled. Jesus followed Jewish law and tradition. Yet you mock the Jewish people. I am a Pentecostal by religious terms, but a Christian and follower of Christ. I have walked many Christian religious denominations. Only to see the good in each one as well as the bad. Your judgment is rude and unkind and in a cense unscriptural in your actions. Love, compassion, kindness and understanding. The fruit of the spirit please look that up sir. As a child once taught me. We walk a wall of direction every day. Don’t walk on the wall and teller totter or step on the wrong side of the wall. Walk where the lord leads you. i was 16 the young man was 12. He spoke more understand on how to look at the paths of people. Don’t judge them, but share in kindness your direction. You win souls with kindness and not anger. The forgiven you must ask yourself. Was your anger called for in the calling of sharing the lord’s word with others? In fact I wish to thank you. I have been on the wall for what to speak on in a bible study. That subject will be (what is the best path to bring people to Christ. giving examples of your anger and one of compassion and kindness)

WTF!!!! is that the kinda response you thought you would get. I don't like to badmouth anyone because of their religion, or lack thereof. However, I will badmouth extremist freaks. The only one continuing to be stupid here is you! Wake up! Join the real world. Common sense dictates that you catch more flies with honey. If you want people to become Christian, hey why not set a better example of one. Because anyone that sees this crap is just going to be completely turned off. So if one person rejects the Lord because he thinks all Christians are crazy fanatics like you. Can you live with that? Get a clue, get on some medication, and get a life.

The Lord also teaches tolerance and forgiveness. We practice freedom of religion, but the harshness of your statement is not a helpful recruitment for the Lord. I love the Lord with all my heart and soul but I would not preach hate of any other religion because that is not what God wants us to do. If you love the Lord you will live YOUR life as a christian and be an example to all you meet and that is one thing we can do as Christians. I am an example of faith and love of our Lord and I am sure you are to so just pray for understanding by everyone for everyone else. When in doubt look up, "He that is in you is greater than he that is in this world. " God bless

Your craziness amuses me (ha ha)! But lets get one thing straight!
1)Catholics are Christians. In fact they are the original church that put the Bible together and it was the Catholic Church that Kept Christian beliefs and traditions going before even the Bible was put together. You must be some right wing fundamentalist to have such brain washed views.
2)Jesus Christ is above all LOVE and MERCY. You talk like Satan by accusing and attacking others. You act like Satan by trying to cause division and trouble even among Christians by your comments! You act like Satan because of your pride above all. Remember Lucifer meaning (Morning star) who was so beautiful and radiant and the greatest of all the angels fell from heaven because of his pride. Like Michael the Archangel I say with him "May God rebuke you!"
3)Did Jesus even once bring someone to love him by attacking and destroying? Jesus said himself "I do not come to save the righteous!" Jesus hanged out with the tax collectors and the prostitutes the woman who were to be stoned for adultery. And what did Jesus do my friend!? Before you say or do any thing in life first consider what would Jesus do!?
Remember Jeus said himself that not everyone who says "Lord, Lord" will enter the kingdom of heaven. You can tell a tree by its fruits. And as the Lord says my friend if you don't bear fruit he cuts you off. But saying that God is above all Love and Mercy! And he Loves you my friend! I hope this helps you in some way! Convert and bring people to Jesus by Heroic Love and Heroic Mercy!

This, my "brother", is what gives us other Christians a bad name. Jesus never would have blasted unbelievers like this on Yahoo!Answers. Let us leave the convicting to the Holy Spirit, and love people to Christ. Weep for the unsaved and pray for them. Don't yell at them and call them stupid.

I did. I was in church when I was 14 and took the eucarist and after I sat down it flew (no gag reflex, no coughing, or sneeze) it just jumped out of my mouth. I then heard a voice saying "You don't belong here" in my mind. And being the devout Catholic that I was I left the church and christianity entirely and became a witch. I have never been happier or more spiritually fulfilled.
Seems to be you're not being exactly christ-like. How about this. You go out and become a real christian, then we can discuss our religions together.

Wow, youre the epitomy of the word "DUMBASS"! jesus was a Jew, Catholics are christian, and Muslims are also from your biblical beleifs. As for me being a Heathen, I would rather veiw the world through my own experiences than to ever be lead as sheep or cattle are in the christian religion!
