I have unbelievable problems with my phone and internet bills. It is as if they try to keep me guessing what my bill should be. Different amount every month. Anyone else?

SBC sucks!!! I haave trouble with them all the time!!! they keep essing with my DSL. Call them and threthern them with the (whatever state) Commerce Commission. they usually shape up a bit after that. Also try telling them you will switch to Vonage.

I have had SBC as a provider for several years now and have never had any problems that couldn't be fixed with a quick phone call. I have been very satisfies with their service. AT&T on the other hand, I have had very little to do with them. I do not know how their service is. Guess I'll find out if I ever have a problem.
