I dropped 4 pants sizes in 6 months by taking the stairs instead of the elevator and parking in the parking spaces further from the store, the thing is I was only a size 5 when I started and wasn't trying to lose weight. I was trying to get in better shape so I wouldn't wheeze every time I had to run more than 10 feet. You may not actually lose weight at first, but you'll lose fat and then tone your muscles, which will look better than losing 5 pounds anyway. It's not a quick fix but it's a good one for lazy people like me.

It depends how much you weigh right now...
If you are already thin, it will be much harder. When I want to lose weight, I count calories. Diet soda has zero calories, switch if you haven't already. I multiply what I want to weigh by ten, and that is how many calories I eat in a day. For example, I am 120 pounds right now, so if I want to lose 5 pounds, I will eat 115 * 10=1500 calories. Do that for 3 days, you should lose the 5, and good luck!

Losing 5 pounds is easy if your just starting to diet. Drink a lot of water and just do jumpin jack or crunches noting too extereme if you just want to lose 5 lbs. Good Luck E-mail me on your progress please.I'm actually doing a study on wieght loss.

Exercise 3 times a week, any exercise so long you exercise for 5-25 minutes, 3 times a week. Eat proper nutrition and diet by limiting your self to those tasty and yummy foods and try eating those yucky ones! But most importantly, you got to have determination!

Diets do not work. 99% of people gain the weight back. Here is how it works. No one teaches the animal what to eat and what not to eat. He knows instinctively what to eat. Humans also have the same instinct. The way it works is just eat whatever tastes good and that will be healthy for you and non-fattening. That is why a baby tastes everything. So again whatever tastes good, is good for you. This is why you will spit out spoiled milk.
But wait!!! Man has the technology to create rat poison. It tastes like healthy food (good taste) but kills the rat. So man has done that to you. Note- any food unaltered by man (uncooked) that tastes good, is good for you. So if you are stranded in the woods, that is how you know what to eat (cooking changes that). So man has created fake fruit. It tastes like fruit that exists in nature but it is terrrible for health, addictive and fattening called sweets.
So it is natural to like real sweets called fruit, like a baby does, but they have fooled you just like the rat. But they do not want to kill you. They want you to become obese so you will buy lots of their foods. This is called GOOD BUSINESS. Cut off your leg. Thats gotta be at least 5 lbs. LOL Seriously. It takes approx 3600 calories to add 1 lb. A good suggestion for quick weight loss is to take in approx 1500 calories per day in addition to nomal cardio exercise (approx 60 min/day) in addition to 8 8oz glasses of water per day. GOOD LUCK

yea drinks LOTS of pure water, try for 8 glasses per day. Jog for atleast 20-30 min. 4-5 times per week. the morning is a good time if you can since it gets your metabolism going. Eat fewer carbs (pastas,breads,etc.) Consumer more fruits and veggies> try to avoid red meat since it contains lots of fat. chicken is good though> No sugary sweets or fried foods!! NO fast food!
