Sometimes I suffer from LSS...but it's almost always when I don't finish listening to the whole song. So my rememdy is to listen to the whole song before turning it off or changing it to another song.

You "want to know why DO people SUFFER from....." And, "What is the best remedy FOR this?"
All I can say is that there is no cure, just hope that the last song was a good one!

I once heard that people get songs stuck in their head if they don't hear the last notes. That's why it's always "the last song I heard on the radio" or whatever. So, always listen to the whole song all the way to the end.

Sorry Monina, there is no cure. I often just conjure up a more enjoyable song in my mind and that seams to replace whatever I woke up to.
