Luke chapter 2 mentions Jesus being a sign twice and Matthew chapter 7 verse 13 says to enter by the narrow gate. These are the closest verses to what you mention. However Jesus's first coming was not about bringing judgment but his second coming will involve judgment for unbelievers and salvation for believers.

That's not in the Bible. It sounds like it's from something that someone wrote about the Bible where they are trying to supplant Jesus the blessed Savior and Son of God and portray Him as a sign to follow the anti-Christ.
