I don't know about Chinese, Japanese, Indian, Dutch or Swedish.

Irish speak English, so you don't have a problem there, do you?

I speak good German however, so this is your German translation (not using an internet translator):
Guten Morgen (good morning)
Guten Tag (good day) - the Germans never say good afternoon
Kann ich Ihnen helfen? (can I help you)
Wie kann ich hilfreich sein? (how can I be of service)

Note: if you are saying these phrases to someone you know well, you would change them as follows:
Morgen - instead of guten Morgen
Hallo / Tag - instead of guten Tag
Kann ich dir helfen? - instead of 'kann ich Ihnen helfen?'
