I thought I already answered you in your other thread. Well yes, blood can be frozen and thawed. But how are you going to explain your husband needing a blood draw? And where are you going to find a physician to go along with your scheme? And will he store it? Or will you? Will the lab accept a frozen blood sample from you? Usually the lab prefers to either draw the blood from the patient themselves or accept it directly from a hospital or doctor's office.

I had a discussion with my mother in law (who is a NICU nurse) about this (HER son has a girlfriend who recently had a baby, claims my brother in law is NOT the father, but in a heated arguement said he WAS, I have to believe that there MIGHT be a chance he could be considering that threat would hold NO weight IF he hadn't had sex with her AROUND the time of conception), anyway my mom in law told me that they will not do a paternity test until the baby is 6 months old (maybe that is the law in their state/area), I don't know why not until then, but whatever, that's what I heard. I don't think they would put the child at risk in utero JUST to find out paternity (but not sure why they won't do it BEFORE 6 months of age, they draw blood the day they are born for other testing). Anyway, hope that answer helps!

Dear there is no way any doctor would do that, I am sorry but you have to wait till the baby is born. Anyway they dont even take blood they take a swab of the mouth for the DNA tests. You have to let him know, for the sake of your child so you can know the medical history of the true father.
Good Luck :-)
