No. Mel is doing something called FREEDOM OF SPEECH it just so happens to be something that is found on a little scrap of paper called THE CONSTITUTION. No, what he said was not nice-it was his opinion-whether said in a drunken way or in a sober way it was said. I dont like what he said-I dont care for what he said but he did use something called his rights.
