any ideas how to keep the head from being able to mave back and forth?

two ideas...1) a posture collar; 2) duct tape across the forhead to an extended back board

I might suggest a combination of a posture collar and a trainer gag. The trainer gag is designed to stay attached to the head, so it can act as harness for a few overhead attachments. (Plus it has the benefit of keeping him quiet!) The posture collar would then be used to hinder rotation of the head at the neck.

put a blindfold on them and tie it on then wrap a rope through the back of it and tie the rope to the bed but make sure there is not room between the rope nd the blindfold for them to move the head

Use lots moire rope and bandages together with cellophane but seriously you could hurt your partner that way. You bondeees need to get tied yourself so you'll know what it's like not to be able to move your own head.

Knot his\her hair tightly to sth. He\She won`t move his\her head because of deadly pain !

I'd find this WAY too claustrophobic and panic-inducing.
Better idea than bondage is discipline.
Tell your submissive not to move their head.
If they do, they get punished, if they don't they get rewarded.

something across the forehead that frosses to the shoulders front and back keep it tight
