Let's say you are a woman who is over 30, or even 25. Is it true that you only CONSIDER dating a guy who is rich and handsome? If he is average-looking or ugly who works hard but doesn't make a lot of money, you would consider him a total loser. Is it rue that women only look out for men who are hot and rich, then they go out with them to see if they have the other important qualities, like sense of humor, ect? Please spare me the BS about inner beauty, because women always say that, BUT they will never consider a guy like me who has a big nose, a skinny face, a long neck, balding, out of shape and hair all over my body, no matter how much "inner beauty" I have.

I can't lie and say that looks don't matter. You need to find someone similar to you. Works a regular job, similar education and interests, and who is looking for something deep with someone that won't outshine her too much, but also will compliment her. Looks aren't everything; if a man is handsome but arrogant or stupid, I don't even give him 5 minutes. But staying within a similar "beauty" range seems to work best and be most successful for everyone. There is someone out there...thinking the same way you do. Good luck. :)

O.K. You want me to give it to you straight - here it goes. Women don't only date rich and handsome men, but they tend to pass over ones that lack ambition and confidence.
A woman has to feel that she has a good provider. Someone who will be able to help support her and her children, and give them the material (and emotional) things that they need. They want to feel that he will be able to make more money if need be, to keep them from financial ruin, and at least allowing them to enjoy a comfortable standard of living.
Also, if a guy doesn't see himself as something special, no one else will. It's all about confidence. Guys that think that they look good strive to maintain some standard of appearance - it's a self-fulfilling prophecy. Not every man can look like Brad Pitt, but every guy can look his best - There's a lot that he can control about the image he presents to the world, (and more importantly, to the women in it).
The good news is, guys who don't make a lot of money and who don't look their best have the ability to change that. They don't have to settle to be that way forever.
I believe that there is someone out there for you, your journey to find her will begin when you start believing it too.

no honestly i prefer a man that can take care of himself that is true but i dont like rich men they seem to have their head in their money all the time and try to buy a womans love and i really hate that. I want a man that will appreciate for me looks dont matter to me and money dont matter either and really all that matters is that the man treats me good and can make me laugh i love a man with a sense of humor and that can make me feel good about being who i am

No, not true at all. I have a group of attractive, educated profeessional friends and none of us has gone the money route.
I think I certianlly like my dates to be handsome, but I dont think thats an unfair request. I could care less what kind of money he makes, I make my own,

Hey, Haven't you heard the old saying if you got it then you can have anything. it doesn't matter how ugly and fat you are, just as long as you have the bucks, your set. this is a fact in this world today. people don't look for the beauty on the inside and whats within, they just see whats on the outside and thinks that's all that matters, they mite look good but in side they are as ugly as hell it's self.

Nope, you just have to be able to make me laugh. If the dude is butt ugly he better be able to make me laugh A LOT. who cares about money at this age you should be financially set on your own. Obviously you want him to be finacially set also "not jobless" if you will....
