I go to bed at 3 a.m., and am awake no later than 7 a.m. (usually earlier). I have a very busy mind and find it difficult to sleep any longer than 4 hours. Seven to eight hours of sleep is great, as long as you are able to function normally.

six to eight. It depends -- I travel a lot on business, and I always have trouble getting to sleep in hotels, and I usually end up with about 3-5 hours those nights.

Average- 6 hours. It totally is not enough. I would love to have 9 , I always feel great when I can sleep in.

Doctors recomend 8 hours sleep...to get a good rest. But sometimes it also depends on the person. Some are use to sleep less because of the rutine. Some more because they don't have anything to do!...The human being adjusts to any kind of situations.

i don't have enough sleep. usually from 4 to 5 hours only.
i have to take care of everything before i go to bed. and then i have to wake up at 3:00 to cook breakfast every morning. i am not having the time of my life.
