Is it possible that this Asia Haze pollutant could reduce the effectiveness of pesticides?

about the serious situation of forest fire pollution and the pollutant particles deposition in the region.
We have white/grey carbon like ashes/dust deposition on most of our plant leave.

Is it possible that this Asia Haze pollutant could reduce the effectiveness of pesticides?

Well, pesticides become less efficient, it's always been so that's why they are not good and at least where I come from (Italy) they tell me they are using a diffrenttechnique to kill their pest on the vines
I think they use some natural way, like they introduce some stuff that naturally prey on the pest, so perhaps you could look into it for whatever pest that's affcting your crops...
