Study for the test, and don't expect it to be like California's test where the most coercive answer is the correct one. This is a test that requires some serious brushing up. Oh, and one more thing, it would be a good idea if you could read English.

First you have to get your 1983 Pontiac or your tractor in running condition and go to the Dept. of Revenue and give them 10 bucks. They will give you a piece of paper to take to the local Sears catalog store which will issue the actual license. I think too you have to tell them where your trailer is and where the car will be placed up on the blocks.

You may have to take a test most likely no unless you've never had one or let your previous one expire...you get your drivers license at the DMV.
