You will have to wait til the baby is born. BTW if he ends up not being the father you need to tell him. That is a horrible thing to do to someone. You also must tell the other man.

I don't know if they can do this or not. They'd have to get a DNA sample from your baby, and how can they do this in utero? If you do find some way to accomplish this and the baby is his, what are you going to do? Live the rest of your life as a lie, pretending you never cheated on him, and thank God the baby is his? If the baby isn't his, what then? Are you still going to pretend it is? You are a HORRIBLE person for sneaking around like this. Just come clean and tell your husband now that the baby may not be his.
I certainly hope you develop a conscience and some morals before your baby is born. How else are you going to raise the baby to be a good, upstanding citizen with someone like YOU as a role model?

You could ask for an amno test- these are done typically at 4 months.
If you are truly concerned talk privately to your OBGYN, ask if you could pre screen for birth defect risks. Typically it is a written test first then blood work that helps determine if either parent carries gene markers for known birth defect risk-two carriers each parent being positive for recessive sickle cell for instance would result in a sickle cell positive child. There are many birth defects and they change from nationality to nationality so you may need to do some research to bring up a valid sounding concern and in the end your Doctor may not consent to a subtle ommision that DNA testing would also be part of the deal to screen for birth defects. Good luck.

No,
Doctors have found it is easier and less stressful on babies to do mouth swabs rather than blood draws anymore.
A DNA test will be the only way to tell if you husband is the babys father.
Heres where it gets ugly.
Since you are married, in all states, the husband is automaticlly assumed the childs father, and will be put on the birth certificate naming him the father.
Yes I know you are the one who has to fill it out, if you try and name someone else, they will want paternity papers filled out at the hospital.
If you tell them you dont know who the father is, DNA tests will be ordered to find the childs biological father.
Obviously you admit to an indiscrepincy, and you feel badly for it, you admit you lied to him.
If you try and hide a DNA test from him, your only continueing to lie to him, and it will continue to snowball.
I know you love him, thats why you married him, and if you plan to stay with him, come clean with him, don't try and hide your mistake, itll only make things worse, for you, for him, and your baby.

Best to wait until the baby is born, but I would tell your hubby as soon as possible. He should have a chance to feel the emotions of this shock before he's head over heels in love with a baby that isn't his. How unfair of you to do that to him. But you can'ttest without hubby knowing unless it's the other man that gets tested with you and the baby.

New technology makes non-invasive pregnancy paternity testing within the realm of possibility but it's expensive:
http://www.genetestlabs.com/prenatal/prenatalinformation.htm
The other option is amniocentesis which you could get anyway if you are over 35 years of age. But somehow I get the feeling you are not.
After baby is born, it's much easier and cheaper, you simply swab the mouth, pop in an envelope and mail.

Best to be honest with your husband if this is a possibility.

Um, can you test someone like that without their consent?
Why would you put your marriage at risk to cheat? You need to come clean and tell him that the baby you are carrying may not be his. Then when the baby is born, get the test done.

It's illegal for you to keep that info from him. You could go to jail.
Pretty much you have two options. You can take the secret that you are a cheating whore to your grave.
Or you can stop being a cheating whore and tell your husband about what you did and the fact that the kid probably isn't his (if you are in doubt than it probably isn't). He will probably leave you (should leave you). But, if he doesn't, it will provide you the only chance possible for you to save your marriage and prevent you from ruining your life, his life and the baby's life. Because this is EXACTLY what will happen if you keep on with your cheating and lying.
