i would realy like to know please help someone

connect your v3 to your computer via your usb cable when it asks to check for drivers manually or automatically check manual then when asked to select location browse to windows/system32/drivers
then click ok hopefully this should work

I don't remember which, but in either tools or settings there is a place to download upgrades. If that isnot sucessful, then call customer support for your phone. It's best if you can call on another line(rather than your cell). This way the tech can walk you through the upgrade(and they may have an upgrade that's not showing up when you go to "upgrade" in your phone. The number will be: in your phone manual or you can access the number by going to your phone manufacturer(Sanyo,Samsung,etc.). I have done both live online and phone to upgrade and I definately prefer phone.

go to the phone service check two see if they have your driver if so click downlod and fallow promps if they do not have it try downloads.com they should have it if not go were you git your pone and hve them help you
