In your neighbourhood or any neighbourhood? If it was yours... it would take the airfare (I live in Japan), adequate new footwear (I ain't running around in my bare feet), a bucket of Red Bull Vodka to be consumed prior to running (also the bucket would be for my head after the race), and dinner at a 5 star hotel would be appreciated but any greasy spoon diner afterwards would do.

I'd do it for $1,000 plus whatever amount I'd get fined for for public exposure. Which would probably be a lot because there's a grade school on my block.

i did it before for free-not quite willing though-it was a fraternity thing in college after I announced my engagement-that was their idea of celebrating-taking my clothes while i ran through town during rush hour.

enough to pay the ticket or get out of jail plus $5000. and any court costs. and, i would have to be held Not responsible for any damage i may have caused :) (but it would be one way to get the neighbors out!)
