Girls mature at different ages some as soon as 6 which is very rare more common is between the ages of 12 and 14 some before and some after. Now they start having feeling they don't even know are sexual, until after the "discovery". and then after discovery they tend to want to discover more, like boys or other girls. So it is hard to say which girl will be active because it is all learned at different times. After which they may or may not want to discover more territory.

When I was about 28. I'm kind of dim-witted when it comes to guys, and until this point, I did not quite grasp that nice guys WERE hitting on me, but were doing it, well, nicely. So nicely I didn't actually notice (I thought they were just being friendly, or really did want to know the time or something).
I just thought I was doomed to go out with jerks forever as nice guys weren't interested, and if they weren't interested then there must be something wrong with me. Then the big revelation hit me.
I'm sure most girls get it way before this age.

When they (the girls) get too old for us to find them attractive. But you should not try to be a nice guy. Instead, you should be a gentleman, which is a nice guy that is rough around the edges. That will give them the excitement they look for from bad guys without you actually becoming a criminal. Good luck!

21 - 25; at 16 down 18, girl are in their concious ages i.e they are very conversant wih things going on around them, always trying to be too careful, too not into this or that ; and at 18 down 20, girl are in their addaptive stage of life, you know, taking their time to adjust to this and that and also setting some values for them selfs, fully knowing their likes and dislikes, and knowing what they really want in the opposite sex, then from 21 - 25, ladies are really matured and can start having individual dates. Like males, females all mature at a different rate. There will be someone out there someday. My guy is 25, and im 21, and he is the perfect nice guy. Give it time, and don't look too hard.

I'd say about 13 is when the *process* starts, at least physically.
Mentally speaking there's no way to tell (goes for both genders) when a girl is mature enough to start dating.

well i am 27 and just recently realised that i need to find a nice guy i used to date all the assholes cause that was all that i thought that i was worthy off and now it is like i am sick of them and need to find someone that is worthy of me you know. So women mature at their own rate and some of us never mature i am glad that i did and i am sorry that it took me so damned long lmao

It is totally up to the girl and the 'nice guys'. If the nice guys are really nice, then the sooner the better. It depends on the girl's religion and what experience she has had with guys. make sure that u dont push her/

mature is not age whether its a guy or gal in age but rather their mind. the body can mature early from 13 to 18 in both but in mind they are not.
