absolutely nothing.. your linear growth(height ) is mostly ancestral. while ur weight gaining is related to ur diet and physical activity. consume more proteins(egg white, milk), food supplementa may also help... and i am not sure how old are u , but u ll easily put on weight once ur linear growth stops, i.e; at an age of 18-24... all the best

i havn't found out anything. try stretching every night b4 u go to sleep. my 6' tall friend told me that she used to do that every night b4 she would fall asleep and that was since she was like 5. and now shes 15 and still growing taller than both her parent.

DON'T DRINK COFFEE.
Put lots of calcium in your diet as well.
