Tough answer. I personally am of the "All Gods are one God" mindset, so ultimately the answer is "One".
However, I recognize the masculine and feminine energies of the One as two - God and Goddess.
And I recognize and address specific aspects of the God and Goddess depending on the situation, so the answer is "Lots. But they're still One."
Adam - no, Wiccans don't worship Mother Nature, however the Goddess is sometimes addressed as such.

The Lord, the Lady and the Horned God, Master of the Wild Hunt. Ran of the Deep, the Raven, the Wolf and the Earth. I was never taught about any demons or purely evil beings.Christians need an opposite to pure Good. Gods are both and all. Angry Gods are enough with out Devils.
