Impetigo is a staph infection of the skin. It needs to be treated with antibiotics. It is very contagious. Wash your hands thoroughly & don't pick at it. See a doctor. It will go away within 2 weeks if treated promptly.

It will clear within 2 weeks, but you need to treat it because it can spread and it is contagious.
