help please?

Um.. ya well we have a 2 bed apt in IL and my dad just joined us from abroad. There are names of 4 of my family members on the lease. Can our landlord kick us out if our dad too plans to live with us/ Is there any particular law in Illinois that prevents more than 4 ppl from living in a 2 bed apt.
Any insight would be helpful.

I really doubt that there is a law about it, but I think your landlord can refuse to house so many people in one place.
