Sometimes parents have real reasons for saying no. I personally could care less what color my childs hair is. There are far more serious concerns today! As a professional stylist the only way to get your color to stand out on black hair is to get a really light carmel color using bleach (frosting or highlighting kit) and slicing strands out along the front bangs and sides area. Make sure the kit you purchase says for black hair. If funds are not a concern see a good colorist for this. Coloring black hair can be a real challenge! Also ask Mom or Dad why they won't allow the other colors! Good luck!

On black hair streaks like that require a bleaching and then a coloring.
With your parents saying that you are not allowed to do that I would suggest clip on colored hair peices or colored hair extensions. Both are removable and there is no need for chemical dyes.
Clip ons would be most practical I feel because that way you could take them on and off as you please.
The hair extensions are essentially "melted" or "glued" onto your strands of hair making them a bit more natural looking and durable.

Black hair is Impossible to color.
You have to bleach it then color.

Okay, since your partents wont let you have the
more extreme colors get clip in pieces.
They are cute!! You just clip them into your
hair and go. They look real too!!!
