Take a power drill and drill up your nose as far as you can. The bit of nail and lots of other stuff should come out.

Take a deep breath through your mouth, close one nostril and blow out as hard as you can through the other. If the nail doesn't come out head to the emergency room. And breath through your mouth on the way there.

ummm... odd question buts its good you asked.
when i was like five or six, i got some of those styrofoam bead thingers that are in beanbag chairs in my ears and i had to have surgery. i guess, if its not that far up, then you should hold the side that doesnt have the nail piece in it, and blow really hard until the nail comes out. if it doesnt work, then tell your mom. it could cause nasal problems.
hope this helped.

Blow it out or have someone shine a light up there & see if they can see it. Then they can get it out with tweezers. Or be patient & mucus will form around it & it will eventually come out.

Go to the local ER.
We deal with stuff like that all the time.
We remove it, and you no longer have the irritation.

the only way to get it out is to have it sucked out, try using the hose from your vacum cleaner, it always works for me.
