I met my guy (casual lover) (up & down serious) a year ago, and a couple of months ago, he brought up the fact that he had slept with another girl right after we met. We weren't serious then, and he ket making that clear. I was sorta upset but understood that it happened early in our relationship. I was actually glad that he was being honest with me, so I didn't make it a big deal. For a year our relationship has been off and on serious. But I was just wondering why he'd bring it up to me 6 months after the fact? Did he just feel guilty? Or did he want to see how I'd react? What would be his reason?

He is starting to feel close to you and is feeling guilty about what happened. It's a good thing if the two of you can get past it.

Maybe he felt both ways. He was man enough to be honest with you and the more time that goes by the harder it is to come forth.
People dont want to feel like they are keeping things no matter how small or insignificant it may be. Maybe he thinks the relationship is getting deeper and heavier and he doesnt want anything to come from behind and ruin it. Hopefully you would know if he was trying to sabotage the relationship by his actions. Is he really trying hard to make it work or trying hard to not make it work?

He may have been feeling guilty and just wanted to tell you .
I would let it go...It was 6 months ago so let it go and enjoy him

Something probably happened that he thought the information would get to you and he would get caught. Get yourself tested for STDs right away, girl!!!!!
