trying to find out if my boy friend is really married in Kuwait city Kuwait??

Why do you think he might be married? The easiest way is to contact someone in his family and ask them, otherwise it will be difficult because everything here is in arabic, all records and they don't give that kind of information to just anyone.

I used to live there long time ago, and the only way to find out, is to go there, there is not other way

Check the civil registrar of residence of the person.
