If you are of any other religion and are qualified to answer then o.k. Have your completely read "The White Goddess: A historical grammar of poetic myth? " By Robert Graves. If you have and have the book still what do you think about the section about the ten commandments? What do you think the Christians would say about it?

haven't read it yet, but i love new books and will have to check it out!!! have your read "Witchcraft from the inside" by ray buckland? it's awsome and does a good job explaining some questions i had..blessed be

Graves, who was a poet without any formal training in social science, anthropology, or religion? The same man who said that a woman cannot be a poet? An interesting read, though his scholarship is incredibly flawed and many of his conclusions have been refuted over the last 50 years or so.

Have not read that. My last big read was "A Witches' Bible". I however, was less than impressed with the book.

But the Christians have something to say about everything.
