since 9/11....things have turned for the worst very fast....the asian tsunami killed about 300,000 people on 12/24/04....then katrina and wilma devastated the gulf coast like never before in history on 12/28/05 and 10/2005....then the indian earthquake in october/2005 killed 100,000s of people...lately there's been several terrorism plots foiled (london bombings,etc)...Iran want's Israel to "be wiped of the map"....and now the hezbollah-Israeli war...also the h5n1 bird-flu virus is spreading fast...I think these are signs that the end is drawing closer>

Why do you say we're in the end times? In WWII, over 50 million people were killed. Korea followed soon after. Then ol' 'Nam came along. And, of course, we have the Gulf War. Then, Desert Storm kicks in. And here we are now in the next war. Nothing new people. Yes, and some people are scared because some biblical prophecy said there would be conflict in the middle-east at this point in time, and whoever said that was correct, and that person so happened to predict the end of the world. Well guess what? It will always be conflicted. I bet I can guess where a war will take place in 1000 years! The Middle-East!!

60 years ago people were thinking the same thing. Nazis invading Europe with one of the scariest and most evil goals that the world had ever seen. The Japanese could have controlled all of Asia and both threatened to expand to North America. Weren't we scared then?? Ofcourse we were. There is always an evil aroma in the world that threatens the very basis of our lives and fractures the good of th world. However, good always prevails. Dark times seem more overpowering because of the fear that is imposed and seem to be more eye shocking. But we have been able to repell this our entire human existence for thousands of years. Ofcourse many people think we are near the end now and it could easily happen with one touch of a button. Sure nuclear warheads could turn our selfishness vain against the very principles of humanity. But humanity has always survived. 9/11 was horrible but won't go down in the history books as the defining moment that prepared the world for oblivion. Worse things are bound to happen and sure the end will come, but not now. Every generation has thought that theirs was the last one, it won't be ours. We are strong for now

Wars, hunger, diseases the seasons have changed so much in the past 10 years. You can hardly tell one season from the other. Summer has really been strange, it's worse than I've ever seen. I'm 56 years old and I've heard all my life the end of times was near.
I feel the end of time is upon us. Nobody knows except for one. The angels don't even know.

No, we are not, although George W. Bush is trying to set events in motion to get us all annhilated.

People will talk of wars and rumors of wars, but there have always been wars and rumors of wars since time began. Same with earthquakes, murders, hate, evil-doers, etc, etc.

More than saying your prayers and worrying about the end times according to that Bible, you might give a thought to Global Warming, because if anything has the possibility of wiping out human life on this planet, that's what will.

The numerous disasters and wars are a clue, but overall I think the general lack of ethics and morals and wide acceptance of sinful behavior as the norm due to "tolerance" reflect being in the end times.

Yes, because the evil ways will end. Time will come when people abandon their religions which are spread by the devil and peace on earth will come. Religions deceive people and make them fight each other.

for those who don't believe the end is still coming. you are still part of Gods lower story plan. Jesus said we would have trials and trouble here. after all He Jesus himself was murdered on your behalf to save you from your sins! ask Jesus into your life and be forgiven then you will have nothing to fear in the end!

Since there were never, ever, ever, ever any disasters before 2001, I think you 'end of times' people are just a little silly and self-absorbed.
