Interested means the wants to know her, pursue her. Like a girl is hes attracted to her in whatever way. Liking is the step right before......., no theres no difference : )

not really if you like a girl then you are interested but if you are interested that could mean you just want to be friends with her it could also mean that you won't to go out with her.so it depends how you look at it!
